With over 17 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker and a corporate Real Estate Manager, it gives me the edge to lead efforts on your behalf to purchase and/or develop properties. I hold Real Estate Licenses in Idaho, Montana and Minnesota. My specialties include Schweitzer Mountain offerings, commercial leasing & tenant representation, real estate IRA's and 1031 Exchanges. My wife and I have skied over 100 ski areas across the U.S., Western Canada, and in Europe. We have spent the majority of our vacations in search of great skiing and mountain towns. Sandpoint and Schweitzer Mountain is where we choose to call home.
