  Present - Locally owned & operated, Evergreen Realty has more than doubled the number of its REALTORS® since opening and has 3 staff members ready to serve you.
  
• 2003 - Opened an additional office at Schweitzer Mountain Resort in the Selkirk Lodge.
• 1992 - Moved to our present location at 321 N. First Avenue with 5 agents and 1 staff member.
• 1989 - Charlie Parrish became the sole owner and broker of Evergreen Realty.
• 1988 - The original partners bought a building and opened the Evergreen Realty office at 323 N. First Avenue in Sandpoint.
• 1986 - Evergreen Realty was established to market the properties developed at Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
• 1984 - Six partners moved to Sandpoint to develop condominiums at Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
